If your goal is weight training, I'll help you learn the correct form so you can gain the confidence to lift on your own. By committing to a realistic exercise regimen you will become stronger and improve your range of motion.
Shift Your Mind: Exercise to change your state of mind! Let go of all of the reasons why you can't and focus on all of the reasons WHY YOU CAN. I will help you by identifying lifestyle habits that are not serving you and replacing them with realistic and rewarding habits. I have experience working with clients who have past or current injuries, are pregnant, working through surgery and more. I believe in YOU and I will help you become your best self.
Shift Your Diet: Learn to eat intuitively. Focus on what foods make you feel energized, noticing when you have had enough and discover real hunger. Clients that want to eat better are encouraged to keep a judgement free food journal. I'll offer tips and recipes along the way.
