Shift Yoga classes are suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced, and will guide you to a greater state of health, well-being and connection. The practice of yoga is centered on learning to breathe with intention and being fully present and aware of each moment and each movement.
Each class will help you increase your body awareness, flexibility and strength, while you decrease stress allowing your body to rest and release tension. Sarah teaches alignment based yoga classes, allowing students to flow as well as hold postures, encouraging students to feel each pose in their body while engaging your muscles and your mind. Students are encouraged to practice according to their experience level and Sarah will offer modifications throughout each class.
